How can I rent a motorcycle at Mar & Moto?To rent a motorcycle, you need to complete a registration on our website or in person. After registration, we will submit your information for a brief document review, and once approved, you can choose the rental option that best suits your needs.

What documents are required to rent a motorcycle?The required documents include your valid National Driver’s License (CNH) with category A, proof of residence, and proof of stay in Florianópolis. If you are a foreigner, we will need proof that you are licensed to drive motorcycles in your home country, a valid passport, and proof of stay in Florianópolis.

What rental options are available?Plan X: Ideal for short-term rentals, with payment upon motorcycle pickup. Plan Y: Perfect for long-term rentals (over three weeks), with weekly payments.

Is the insurance mandatory?Yes, it is absolutely mandatory to obtain insurance linked to the rental, covering third-party protection, damage to the vehicle itself, and personal injuries.

How much do I need to pay to pick up the motorcycle?To pick up the motorcycle, you need to pay the rental amount, according to the quote provided by our team after your request, plus the deposit amount, which can be made in cash or with your credit card.

Is there a deposit amount?Yes, we require a deposit of R$ XXX, which will be used according to the terms of the rental agreement.

Can I pay for the rental and deposit with a credit card?Yes, we accept payments via credit card, Pix, and other electronic payment methods.

Can I rent the motorcycle for just one day or a few hours within the same day?Yes, but the minimum applicable charge will always be for a full day.

What documentation is required to pick up the motorcycle?You will need the following documents: A valid CNH (National Driver's License) – category "A". Proof of your place of stay or residence in Florianópolis. Please ensure all documents are up-to-date and legible.

Who is responsible for the maintenance of the motorcycle?The maintenance of rented motorcycles is entirely our responsibility, except in cases of misuse.

What is the fuel policy?You must return the motorcycle with the same fuel level it had when it was delivered.

Is there a mileage limit?Yes, the mileage limit is 100 km per day.

Where am I allowed to ride the motorcycle?You are only allowed to ride within the geographical limits of the island of Florianópolis – SC. It is prohibited to cross the HercÃlio Luz, Pedro Ivo Campos, and Colombo Salles bridges towards the mainland or to ride on state and federal highways on the mainland, under penalty of fines and immediate termination of the rental agreement. And don't drive the motocycle at the beach.
